When you contact us concerning an IT issue we may offer to provide remote support by way of screen sharing and/or remote control technologies that run through our website and hosting server(s). You acknowledge that, unless otherwise notified by us in writing, you will be charged for such support at our current hourly rate and that payment will be due within 15 days of your invoice date.
For convenience to our customers, we provide an online credit and debit card and ACH payment solution for making payments towards your account balance. A convenience fee of 2.9% + 30¢ is added to card payments and a 1% convenience fee is added for ACH bank transfers with a minimum fee of $1 and maximum fee of $5. To avoid the fees you can mail a check to our address located on your invoice. Credit and debit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. ACH payments are supported for banks that are setup to work with Plaid.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct payment amount during the online payment process. Each online payment incurs a separate convenience fee charge. If you over pay your balance you may request a refund, however the refund will be minus any processing fees we incur from our payment process for the payment portion over your balance.
Customers that initiate disputes, chargebacks, or cancel payments with their bank or credit/debit card providers will be still be responsible for paying their balance and will be charged any lost processing fees we incur from our payment processor.
You acknowledge that if paying up front for services, software and/or products that order dates, shipping times, and service times may be affected by the processing time of electronic payments.
